We are glad to see the fruits of our labor, and one of them was Khug Tefira (Tailoring), organized by the Municipality of Sderot such as Matnas Sderot and Agaf Haklita, in which the women learned tailoring free of charge. As they finished learning the course many of them are happy to come out with positive talents, today the women can fix their clothing and they also make “Mithpakhat” in various styles.

Polina Yoetzet (consultant) from Ministry Aliyah absorption in South  (Misrad Haklita), came to attend the end of the course of tailoring, and needless to say, it was her love for the Bnei Menashe that the course was successful as she took responsibility to organize the money for the course through Misrad Aliyah Ve Klita (Ministry of Aliyah and immigration). Rachel Baron whose duty is to organize Khugim in Matnas, Sarah Lhungdim, Projector of Bnei Menashe, and their teacher Shomit Yaso were exceedingly happy to see the Bnei Menashe women with great success.

We are also happy to inform you that apart from the excursion program which the communities enjoy through “Agaf HaKlita”, this time the “Matnas” with the help of the Municipality of Sderot will organize eight buses for the excursions program for the community of Bnei Menashe in Sderot. The exciting top sight-seeing places plan to visit were the Superland, Luna Park, Gan khayoth Tanakhi (Zoological Park), Magic Cash, Nakhshonith, Yamit 2000.

Lastly, we extend our gratitude to the Mayor of Sderot Alon Davidi for his untiring help to the community of Bnei Menashe in Sderot.
